It provides an overview of the key aspects and benefits of warehouse automation, highlighting the role of enhancing efficiency and productivity in modern supply chain. Involves the implementation of various technologies and systems to automate and streamline warehouse operations which include robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT and advanced data analytics. The research is significant to Twiga Foods and other logistic companies. Adopting this will improve inventory management where you can track inventory levels in real-time, providing accurate and up-to-date information about stock availability, it also helps in reducing stock-outs and minimizing carrying costs.	en_US
