dc.description.abstract The study will evaluate the effects the effects of working conditions on employees’ performance in two star Hotels within Kabarnet town. Most of the employees work under unpleasant conditions with poor remuneration, unfavorable environment to their health and higher injury cases reported. The researcher is to collect data through administered questionnaire. A descriptive and inferential statistics is to be used in analysis. The variables questions will be formulated through a guide from 5 Likert scale and reliability will be evaluated by Cronbach’s Alpha. The variables of the study will be working conditions as independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The findings of the research will be used by employees in two star hotels and hospitality industry to improve the working conditions.
